Matcha Loaf Cake

This  recipe for all my Matcha lovers 🤤. It is a mix of  sweetness and earthiness.Good for a tea party or on the run breakfast. Its not crumbly so its perfect for on the go. Great with a little butter and honey. I took inspiration from the amazing author/chef Jean-Francois Mallet and instead of real matcha powder i use matcha latte powder its not as strong but still gives it that earthy flavor to it.I hope you injoy this recipe. RECIPE: Salted butter: 10 tablespoons All-purpose flour: 1 1/2 cups  Baking powder: 2 1/2 teaspoons Eggs: 3 Granulated sugar: 2/3 cup Matcha latte powder: 6 table spoons     Preheat the oven to 350 Degrees or 180 Celcius. Grease loaf pan with baking spray.Combine the FLOUR and BAKING POWDER in a bowl.Whisk in EGGS,BUTTER (softened),SUGAR, and MATCHA LATTE POWDER.Scrape the batter into the pan and bake for 40 minutes or until pale golden. You can serve the cake warm or cold.ENJOY!
