This recipe for all my Matcha lovers 🤤. It is a mix of sweetness and earthiness.Good for a tea party or on the run breakfast. Its not crumbly so its perfect for on the go. Great with a little butter and honey. I took inspiration from the amazing author/chef Jean-Francois Mallet and instead of real matcha powder i use matcha latte powder its not as strong but still gives it that earthy flavor to it.I hope you injoy this recipe.
